Frequently Asked Questions

Below, you’ll find a range of questions that we get asked regularly about ourselves, the process and property buying. It’s important to us that you feel safe and secure working together. If you have a question and it’s not listed, please get in touch and we will be happy to answer.

Q. What if I don’t accept your offer?

That’s entirely fine, there is no expiration on our offer. If you find that your property has not sold and you are welcome to go ahead.

Q. I want more than you are offering?

We always want as much as we can get! Our offer takes into the account that we are buying cash, covering bills, and moving quickly. Unfortunately our offer is always the best offer that we can give and is always inline with what the property is worth.

Q. What security have I got that this is legitimate?

As a company we are fully regulated by The Property Ombudsmen, The National Association of Property Buyers, Trading Standards, Information Commissioners Office, and the UK Anti Money Laundering Act, as well as fully insured by Hiscox Insurance.

Q. How do I get paid?

Once you have agreed our valuation, our solicitor will make a formal offer to your solicitor which is agreed. Once all the standard legalities are complete the money is transferred in cash to your solicitor and paid to you, as per anti money laundering regulations

Q. How long will it take?

We move fast! If everything is right we can buy as quickly as 7 days, but sometimes we can take up to 3 or 4 weeks. Either way we move much faster than standard Estate Agents

Q. I am an Estate Agent and have a property to sell.

Great! We work with Estate Agents across the UK, please call us directly and we can arrange an appointment.

Q. I have more than one property for sale.

Excellent! Please email us directly and we can arrange an appointment to view all properties at once

Q. I am a Landlord and my property has a tenant

Thats great! We can buy, Buy – To – Let properties too, thats no problem

Q. My property requires considerable refurbishing!

The majority of the properties we purchase require extensive renovation and usually cannot be bought by the general public

Q. Whats your favourite colour?

I think its clear to see that its blue, if this website is anything to go by 🙂

Q. My property has been on sale for years, why would you buy it?

Given that your property is not a gentle breeze away from falling down, the condition and circumstances make no difference to us.
