As a company we are fully regulated by The Property Ombudsmen, The National Association of Property Buyers, Trading Standards, Information Commissioners Office, and the UK Anti Money Laundering Act, as well as fully insured by Hiscox Insurance.
Once you have agreed our valuation, our solicitor will make a formal offer to your solicitor which is agreed. Once all the standard legalities are complete the money is transferred in cash to your solicitor and paid to you, as per anti money laundering regulations
